But Billees has shown an alternative way in the T20 World Cup and international T-Twenty, "If you want to play the T20 World Cup for four years or any other time, countries can play some matches six months before the tournament."

The name of a unique organization of sports education in Bangladesh is BKSP. This institution has been working relentlessly to train the young and talented players of the country for a long time. There are 17 teams in which there is a training system for players and one of them is Cricket

In 1987, the cricket division started with BKSP with 36 cricket trainees in seventh and eighth grade. Initially, training facilities for standard training were limited. With the gradual improvement of other facilities, the results of the cricket department have created an important position in the context of Bangladesh. Today BKSP cricket facilities have reached an enviable position to get started. It makes everyone with BKSP happy that in the last years, BKSP has made significant number of players in Test matches, ODIs and Twenty20 matches for BKSP Bangladesh National team, through quality planning and training of BKSP. Which is very significant in the performance of international teams at international level.

At present there are 165 boys and 16 girls trainee at different age and level under the cricket department. There are 14, 16, and 18-year-old trainees in the age group. The remaining trainees took training for open competition. In this training, there are 29 training teachers (now 8th class) in the Regional Training Center, Dinajpur. It should be noted here that in 2008, girls trainees were admitted to cricket. A large number of trainees from these trainees are participating in the National Highway-15, 17, 19, National Academy, National A team and national team and national women's team. Through this continuous performance, it is assumed that in future, more trainees will be allowed to join the national team.

There are 4 cricket grounds (2 international standards), an indoor, adequate turf and non-turf wickets for training under the Cricket department for the smooth, smooth and dynamic running of cricket activities. There are also other facilities for cricket training as needed. Notable among them, the athletic track, swimming pool, wet training hall, etc.

There are currently 11 teachers in the cricket department for training management. There are some names in Bangladesh cricket that refer to cricket coaching as those who have worked as BKSP instructors. Among them Md. Sarwar Imran, Nazmul Abedin Fahim and Md. Salahuddin are notable.

Currently all those who are in the training are trained at the Cricket Coaching course. Courses include diploma in cricket coaching (NIS, India), ACC / CA level-2 coaching courses, AC Level 1 coach instructor courses and fitness and conditioning courses.
